LOVE MATCH 2013 SUCCESS STORY

Love Match 2013 Success Stories!

Sage and Lucy. Charlie and Jasmine.

When Beatrix matched two dogs each from the same two families last year, no one knew what to expect. It was bold. It was rule-breaking.

And it worked.

One year later, these four lovebirds are still going strong. After a whirlwind courtship involving locks of hair and sweet Valentine notes, both couples exchanged Valentine treats and toys. In spite of the long-distance nature of their relationships, love blossomed through the spring and summer.

Christmas was a special time for these sweet canine couples, with the postman groaning under the weight of Christmas packages flying back and forth. Sage and Jasmine spent a lot of time choosing just the right remembrance for their crushes, and by all reports Lucy and Charlie are sleeping with those blankets every night, dreaming of sweet Sage and fluffy Jasmine. Having the scent of the one you love on a fleecy blanket is the next best thing to being there.

Charlie and Lucy’s generous gifts of gourmet cookies were no less appreciated by Sage and Jasmine! They graciously shared their bounty with their fur-siblings, and that just goes to show how love changes EVERYTHING.

We can’t say how things will go from here, except that there are more Valentine surprises being planned. Could a double wedding be in the future?

Stay tuned, Friends of Lucky Fiona. Stay tuned.
