Wally has always thought Lucy was the prettiest thing on four legs so when Matchmaker and Love Guru Beatrix matched them up last year, it was nothing but tail wags! Wally has really fallen in love with Lucy; she is smart, beautiful, and she appreciates a good nap. He is little but she makes him feel like he is 2 feet tall! Beatrix was worried that Wally’s band of human admirers would try to sabotage this sweet couple (and boy have they tried—he’s been sent toys, treats, love notes and they even try to get to him through his mom!) but nothing can sway his love for his hound. The distance doesn't bother them either. Love doesn't have boundaries!
P.S. Wally has been looking to get Lucy something that comes in a special little box and I am not talking about treats or a new scent for her to learn!

Lucy has always had a thing for smaller dogs, so when she was matched up with Wally last year, she knew it would be a perfect fit. While Lucy is a big girl, she knows how to be gentle with smaller dogs and loves to lay down on the ground while the little ones jump all over her. It is truly a match made in heaven.

Lucy wasn't intimidated by all of Wally’s lady friends – she is a confident young lady who knows what it takes to keep a man – and man has she kept him. She absolutely adores that her and Wally share a passion for socks (although Lucy isn't allowed to play with them anymore because she EATS them). Lucy owes quite a lot to Miss. Beatrix who set her up with the love of her life. While the distance between them may be great, their love knows no bounds!
